Patent introduction-Floating contact detection device
This device is installed on the inspection
jig used for testing electronic products (with PCB or display, such as:
navigation display, car recorder, etc.), which can effectively improve the
overall performance when performing functional inspection of products.
In
view of the fact that the existing test fixture often needs to be inserted
through the cable or pin before the detection action can be performed, and the process
of repeated insertion is time-consuming and laborious, which indirectly affects
the production efficiency; therefore, we designed a mechanism that can be
quickly inserted and assembled, which is convenient for testers to use, and
improves the inefficiency of repeated insertion, disconnection of cables or
pins.
This design was patented in 2019, and the certificate was obtained on March 1, 2020.
